Location: Auckland | Position Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Pay rate: $24 - $30/ hour

Are you passionate about helping clients look and feel their best? We are seeking a qualified and/or experienced, and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. If you have a knack for skincare, hands-on treatments, and exceptional service—this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your beauty career! We offer minimum guaranteed 30 hours work with availability to work extra as required.

Your Day-to-Day tasks includes:

• Welcome clients and take the time to understand their unique goals—whether it's healthy skin, relaxation, or a bold new look
• Provide professional skincare advice and recommend customised treatment plans based on skin type and condition
• Perform eyebrow shaping, threading, tinting, and henna brows with precision
• Deliver rejuvenating facials and body therapies—from cleansing and exfoliation to relaxing massages
• Offer smooth and effective hair removal treatments, including waxing, tinting, and bleaching.
• Keep accurate records of treatments, preferences, and skin progress to support ongoing care
• Stay on top of the latest trends, tools, and techniques so we can offer only the best to our clients
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring every treatment space is safe, spotless, and welcoming
• Recommend and confidently sell quality skincare and cosmetic products tailored to client needs
• Help manage bookings and schedules to ensure smooth, timely service delivery
• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and positive client experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• A certificate or diploma-level qualification is required to efficiently carry out the work.
• A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in the industry is strongly preferred in the absence of a qualification.
• A professional, client-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service
• Flexibility to work in rostered shifts. Availability to work in weekends and public holidays is a must.
• Strong confidence in independently performing a wide range of beauty treatments
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and a willingness to learn
